Девочки, крайне важный вопрос для многих: что делать, если эмбриона нет в матке, хотя тест на беременность положительный. Паниковать — вдруг внематочная? Или спокойно ждать? Жду ваши лайки❤️?? Буду вас успокаивать.
Для начала разберемся в сроках. Срок беременности ?? гинекологи считают от первого дня последней менструации, потому что теоретически, зачатие возможно даже во время месячных. Конечно, в большинстве случаев овуляция случается позже, примерно в середине цикла. Но у некоторых, особенно при нарушениях цикла, она бывает гораздо позже, за неделю и даже за несколько дней до ожидаемой менструации. И что тогда получается? Тогда при задержке по месячным АКУШЕРСКИЙ срок выходит на 3 недели больше, чем ЭМБРИОНАЛЬНЫЙ.
И вот вы делаете тест на беременность при задержке несколько дней. Естественно, плодное яйцо ? еще очень маленькое и оно не способно существенно изменить гормональный фон.
Тест получается отрицательным, ну или слабоположительным. Вы ставите еще один тест через пару дней (благо сейчас много высокочувствительных тестов) и он (о счастье!) положительный??!
Дальше, волнение, беспокойство, и просто любопытство «как там малыш» толкает вас сделать УЗИ?.
Сразу скажу, что я против ??♀️ УЗИ на ранних сроках без показаний для этого. Об этом был отдельный пост. В том числе и потому, что чаще раннее УЗИ приносит ещё больше беспокойств, чем уверенности, что все хорошо.
Везде пишут: «УЗИ на 1- день задержки менструации должно показать, беременны вы или нет». Врач проводит исследование. Ориентировочно по менструации у вас срок 5-6 недель. Но врач не видит плодное яйцо в матке! ??♀️У вас шок! Внематочная!

Оплодотворения яйцеклетки происходит в маточной трубе. Дальше в течение 6-7 дней плодное яйцо опускается в матку (в нашем случае, когда овуляция была за несколько дней до ожидаемой менструации, это примерно совпадает с 3-4 днем задержки). УЗИ на 10 день задержки: плодное яйцо в матке, но его размеры всего 1-2 мм и врач просто не видит его. Он может лишь предположить, что возможно есть
