Лактобактерии: как восстановить
Девочки, вы у меня уже в курсе, что основную массу микрофлоры влагалища составляют лактобактерии. Они отвечают за поддержание нормальной микрофлоры, защищают ?от инфекций.
Если с лактобактериями беда, если их становится мало, нарушается местный иммунитет, начинаются проблемы: бактериальный вагиноз, вагиниты, цервициты и другие воспалительные заболевания половых органов.
Возможные причины гибели лактобактерий:
??Хронический стресс и общие заболевания, снижающие иммунитет,
??Строгие диеты и голодание,
??Нарушения гормонального фона,
??Инфекции, передающиеся половым путем,
??Лечение антибиотиками,
??Спринцевания,
??Использование спермицидов и другие.
Что происходит, если гибнут лактобактерии???♀️
Развивается бактериальный вагиноз – нарушение микрофлоры влагалища. Патогенные микроорганизмы ?, которые всегда присутствуют во влагалище, начинают размножаться и захватывать пространство. Появляются выделения из половых путей, зуд, дискомфорт и неприятный запах в интимной зоне.
Как восстановить лактобактерии???
Прежде всего, нужно понять, насколько сильно нарушена микрофлора. Для этого лучше сделать анализ Фемофлор/Флороценоз.
После этого нужно натуральными антибиотиками ? уничтожить чрезмерно размножившиеся патогенные микроорганизмы, почистить организм, не нарушая его микробиом.
Затем создать условия для восстановления молочнокислой флоры. Для этого нужно устранить фактор, который привел к ее гибели. Обычно этого достаточно.
Нет никаких научных доказательств того, что восстановление флоры влагалища путем заселения туда лактобактерий (свечи с лизатами) способствует лучшему излечению и профилактике рецидивов.
У каждой женщины свой состав лактобактерий (их очень много видов) и те бактерии, которые есть в аптечных препаратах, с большой вероятностью не приживутся. Однако попробовать можно.
При этом нужно обязательно соблюдать следующие условия:
✔️проводить курс лечения в каждом менструальном цикла не протяжении 3-6 месяцев;
✔️использовать препараты, в составе которых минимум 6-8 штаммов лактобактерий и добавка молочной кислоты;
✔️соблюдать диету, показанную при нарушении
